Antony Milton – Summit is Fragile [CS]

"Recorded in Arthurs Pass in the mountains of the South Island of NZ in 2007 this was the second in my series of landscape specific albums. My partner Sara and I rented a cabin for a week. When it wasn't snowing or raining we went for walks up the surrounding valleys, one day climbing to the summit of a small peak.
The weather dictated many hours inside by the fire playing the banjo and writing songs. I recorded this album using a loop pedal and mini mixer (with built in effects..) lined out into a recording tape walkman.
This record was originally released as a lathecut LP.
I am particularly proud of the songs on this record."
