the processed essence of a soundinstallation by Brandstifter & Wingel Mendoza for the group show Schöne Welt du gingst in Fransen – NOT THE END at Walpodenakademie Mainz. The fieldrecoring was originally recorded by Wingel Mendoza to document the Walpoden Art Walk (WAWA) #2, a dérive with Brandstifter (vox, percussive noise), Sigrid Fahrer, Matthias Harnisch (flute), Michael Klotzki, Sandra Kruse, Wingel Mendoza, Tanja Roolfs, Kristina Schäfer, Nicole Tomberg and Lars Wehr from Mainzer Kunstverein Walpodenstraße 21 e.V. on February 25th 2024, mixed with excerpts from a thursday morning session improvisation by Brandstifter from February 22th 2024."
