"On 'Another Sunday (Ghosts)', the new CD from his ambient 'Thee Righteous Yeah' project, Michael Morleys acoustic guitar stands steadfast at the eye of a grey yellow squall of synth generated rumble, churn and hiss. Over the course of three long and immersive tracks a pattern is established with the synths sucking one down before guitar sparkles intermittently on the surface like some holy liferaft.
Despite the ever present haze this is a strident and emphatic work, perhaps not for everybody but transformative and rewarding for the brave."
